Registration

Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

During the manuscript submission process, authors are requested to verify that their submission complies with all the items mentioned below, and the submission may be returned to the author if it does not comply.

The submitted manuscript has not been previously published, and has not been submitted to another journal for consideration (unless an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submitted file must be in Microsoft Word format.
Submitted manuscripts must conform to the guidelines that ECOPRISE Journal provides. If available, we will provide URL references.
Any manuscript that cites other articles is expected to be cited according to the guidelines.
The authors claim that no conflict of interest exists in this work.

Journal Template


Please familiarize yourself with the author's instructions for preparing a manuscript. Authors submitting manuscripts are required to adhere to the provided guidelines and template. Failure to comply with these guidelines or using a different format may result in the manuscript being rejected by the editorial team prior to the review process. The editorial team will only consider manuscripts that adhere to the specified formatting requirements, which can be found for download at the Template and Author Guidelines. The template is intended to assist authors in preparing their manuscripts and serves as an accurate representation of the format expected by the editor. To utilize the template, simply save this MS Word file to your document, and then copy and paste your content.

 

Article Content and Format

  • Originality: The article should not be published elsewhere and must be free of plagiarism.
  • Length: Approximately 15 pages, including bibliography and tables.
  • Language: English.
  • Formatting: A4 size paper with 2,5 cm top and left margins, and 2,5 cm right and bottom margins.
  • Font: Times New Roman, size 11pt, with 1 spacing (single).

  • Title: Maximum 15 words in English, size 16pt
  • Author Names: Bold, Times New Roman, size 11pt, agreed order based on contribution.
  • Author Address: Department, Faculty, University, Country, email, Times New Roman, size 11pt

Abstract

  • English (Abstract) versions with a maximum of 200 words.
  • Keywords: 3 to 5 words, in bold and italic, Times New Roman, size 10pt.
  • Abstract components : Purpose, methodology, Findings, Originality

  • INTRODUCTION, RESEARCH METHOD, RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS, CONCLUSIONS, REFERENCES, BIOGRAPHIES OF AUTHORS

Introduction

  • 2 pages, MS Word format, Times New Roman, size 11, 1 spacing (single).
  • Covers research problem background, hypothesis, research purpose, and method.
  • Literature review is integrated into the introduction.

Research Method

  • MS Word format, Times New Roman, size 11pt, 1 spacing (single).
  • The methodology section should be concise, typically consisting of two to three paragraphs and not exceeding 300 words.
  • Design
    • Specify the overall design of the research, whether it's experimental, observational, or qualitative.
    • Provide details on the structure of the study and how variables will be manipulated or observed.
  • Measurement and Standards
    • Describe the methods of measurement for each variable.
    • Reference any standardized tools, scales, or instruments used and explain their appropriateness for the study.
  • Sampling Methods
    • Detail the process of selecting participants or samples.
    • Explain the rationale behind the chosen sampling method and justify its relevance to the research.
  • Equipment Used
    • List and describe any specialized equipment or tools used in the study.
    • Specify the accuracy and reliability of the equipment.
  • Data Collection, Processing, and Analysis
    • Outline the procedures for collecting data, including the timeframe and data sources.
    • Describe how collected data will be processed and prepared for analysis.
    • Specify the statistical or analytical methods to be employed.
  • Survey Instrument (if applicable)
    • Provide a brief overview of the survey content.
    • Discuss the validity and reliability of the survey instrument.
  • Intervention Procedure (if applicable):
    • Detail any interventions or treatments applied in experimental research.
    • Explain the purpose and methodology behind the interventions.
  • Ethical Considerations
    • Explain the process of obtaining informed consent from participants.
    • Discuss how the rights and confidentiality of respondents will be protected.
    • Highlight any ethical guidelines or approvals obtained from relevant review boards.
  • Software for Data Analysis
    • If computer programs are used for data analysis, briefly mention the software.
    • Specify if the software is original or commonly used in the field.
  • Qualitative Research (if applicable)
    • Explain how validity in qualitative data will be ensured.
    • Highlight any methods employed to maintain the rigor of qualitative research.

 

Result and Discussion

  • 1 spacing, includes data/information related to research purpose.
  • Tables and pictures in .jpg format, numbered, and consistent.
  • Citations in Times New Roman, size 11pt.
  • Results can be expressed in the form of quotes (qualitative). If the citation is 40 words or less, use quotation marks ("") at the beginning and end of the sentence to identify the informant without creating a separate paragraph. Only ellipses (...) are allowed.

Conclusion

  • Short explanation of discussion foundation and recommendations.
  • Recommendations are part of the conclusion.

Reference

  • Alphabetically listed, one space, no numbering.
  • Use management applications like Mendeley, Zotero, or Endnote with IEEE style.
  • Minimum 3 citations from Scopus or International Journal

Online Submission

  • Register as an Author or Reviewer Here
  • Follow the five-step submission process outlined on the submission interface.
  • Include a cover letter in the "Comments for the Editor" section.
  • Upload manuscript in .doc/.docx format, supplementary files, and metadata.
  • Confirm submission for acknowledgment and tracking.
