Analysis of Happyfresh Application Reviews on Google Play Store Using Word Cloud Method

When exploring the Google Play Store, users often read reviews and ratings from other users before downloading. This is what makes user rating analysis interesting and useful for application owners to make future policies. The purpose of this study is to use Word Cloud Ranking Analysis to analyze user ratings of the HappyFresh application on the Google Play Store. The recommended ranking is based on 100 user reviews collected by HappyFresh on the Google Play Store. Based on the experimental results, users often provide positive feedback about "helpful" which appears 12 times, and this application is very useful for users with daily walking needs. If you use negative words that indicate usefulness, you can do this and note that the word 'Cancel' is rated by users and seen 25 times. This indicates that there are complaints about the transaction process that are not optimal.
